Have a magical time in Bury this Christmas
Glittering lights will fill the sky above the Abbey Gardens as this year’s Bury St Edmunds Christmas Fayre opens in spectacular style.
A wonderful traditional market with stalls, musicians, roast chestnuts, carol Singing, a Santa’s Grotto and live music - the perfect way to get into the spirit of Christmas.
This years Christmas Fayre promises to be bigger & better. It opens on Thursday 26th at 4pm with free parking and many special offers from shops and restaurants.
The opening evening will come to a close with a fantastic fireworks display in the Abbey Gardens.
The fayre continues all day Friday, Saturday and Sunday. There will be more than 300 Christmas market stalls across eight town centre locations, live music on two stages. Santa will be in his Grotto in the Abbey Gardens from noon on Friday and a provisions market on Friday to Sunday.
Add in the fun fairs, face painting, street entertainers, a Christmas bazaar, historical stalls and Punch and Judy shows, it promises to be another sparkling festive weekend.
