Kickboxer turned internet star Andrew Tate continues to find himself surrounded by controversies. Tate has been the talk of the town over the past couple of months, gaining immense popularity for all the wrong reasons. From being called out for his polarizing views on women, to being banned by social media platforms, alls not looking well for Tate.

But unbothered by public backlash, it seems looks like Top G has only gone a step further as he compared himself to North Korean leader Kim Jong-un. In a video making rounds on the internet, Tate described a leather jacket he wore that was stab-resistant. He then insisted that Jong-Un also wears the same jacket and was trying to copy his style.

“You will know that I am usually wearing the same kevlar-lined leather jacket. It’s my favorite leather jacket. I had stab resistance Kevlar line, so wherever I go anywhere I might have my enemies. I wear a stab-resistant jacket and I noticed that my boy Kim Jong had started doing the same thing. Kim Jong now wants to be me,” he said.

His brother Tristan Tate also agreed with Andrew and claimed that Jong-Un might be able to pull off Top G’s style. Andrew then officially declared Jong-Un as the Top G of the week. “Since I became top G Kim Jong is now trying to be Top G. So he’s G of the week now cause he starts to dress like me,” he added.

Why was Andrew Tate banned from Facebook and Instagram?

Tate was recently banned from all Meta platforms because of the outrage against his rather controversial statements over varied topics. According to reports, Meta has stated that he was banned for violating policies classified under “dangerous organizations and individuals.” However, his ban has only increased the conversations around him, with people forming sides over the polarizing figure.

While some have called it a great move by the organization to prevent him from further spreading his agenda, others have defended him, claiming he has a right to voice his opinion freely.
